In this bow and arrow "tag" game, your stags must play as a team and fire soft–tipped arrows to hit opponents. Sprint from your launch zones to collect arrows before running back to safety - then let the feathers fly!

Score by shooting your opponents or their on-field targets for extra points . You can even catch your opponent's arrows in mid-air (badass Robin Hood style) and fire them straight back!

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR battle archery?

The minimum age for Battle Archery at NPF Bassetts Pole is 11 years old. All participants will need to fill out and sign an NPF activity disclaimer - Parental consent is required for all players aged 11-17years. Please click the DOWNLOADS tab above.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED?

The minimum group size for Battle Archery is 10 people - if you have less people then the minimum charge for 10 players would apply.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Players should wear their own comfortable clothing with suitable outdoor footwear such as trainers, walking boots etc. Coveralls may be provided should weather conditions dictate.

DO WE NEED ANY ARCHERY EXPERIENCE?

No - our NPF instructors will give full tuition and training. The Battle Archery bows are very easy to use and anyone aged 11yrs and above can play.

CAN I BOOK battle archery WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES?

Yes! Our 1hr Battle Archery sessions make it very easy to combine with other NPF activities - why not combine with Quad Trekking, Knife & Axe throwing or Paintballing and make a day of it!

HOW DO I BOOK?

Book your session of choice online or feel free to discuss and book your day with a member of our friendly Bookings team on 0121 323 1000. Full Payment will be required in advance or via an initial deposit of £10 per person. We are also able to "hold" sessions on a provisional basis - please call our Bookings team in order to do this.

Great experience! Our group had tons of fun. Played low impact paintball and battle archery. Paintballing was great and the maps really nice. All the equipment was in good condition. The staff was professional and friendly. Just bare in mind that you might have to tweak the rules of battle archery to make it loads more fun. ★★★★★

We had a great day at NPF Bassetts Pole at our team away day. We did a range of activities over a 5/6 hour period including Archery, Rifle shooting and Quad trekking. The team were very friendly and the whole team had a lot of fun and so this is highly recommended for similar team or office days out.
