SM2019 - Fantastic birthday party
We visited for my 8 year old’s birthday party to play Jungle Laser Tag. The booking process was incredibly easy, and Chris who took the booking made the process very simple. On the day, we were very well looked after by Anthony who had the perfect balance of fun and firm to help calm down a dozen over excited 8 year olds. The play area was huge and very varied which added to the fun, and Anthony very expertly knew when to slow things down a bit when everyone was getting a bit too hot. He also ensured that the parents were involved throughout. The reports detailing everyone’s activity afterwards was the icing on the cake.
After the game was finished (much to the children’s disappointment), we were shown to our party area where we were very well looked after by Liz who assured our food was delivered quickly and everyone was well looked after. All in all it was a complete success and the kids are already planning a return trip (with adult participation!) Thanks to all who looked after us. ★★★★★

I brought 120 students and 14 staff to NPF as a rewards visit at the end of a school year. The students had a brilliant time and it was totally down to the NPF staff. They were brilliant at managing the large group of students and set the bar high for future trips. For staff, the facilities were perfect and we appreciated that we could just sit and supervise without having to do much!
