Set in a beautiful woodland glade at the heart of NPF, the Tranquility Zone is a unique meeting space, a haven of nature where the sounds of the woodland surround you and envelope your senses.

This is a space to come together – to reconnect and relax. A place for mindfulness, meditation and well-being. The Tranquility Zone is a place where you are encouraged to look beyond… experience sounds, smells, colours, shapes, light and dark, textures and sensations.
